At Gatley Primary School, we create a warm, friendly atmosphere in which children can grow and develop both academically and personally. We take pride in our achievements and have high expectations for each child in every aspect of their learning. We place collaboration in the heart of all we do, empowering our staff and pupils to achieve at the very highest levels. This vision is encapsulated within our vision statement, "Enjoying Learning and Achieving Together."

Our vision is brought to life through pupil's celebration, sharing and practise of our school values. Our school values underpin our curriculum, support the personal development of our pupils and promote exceptional behaviour and attitudes.

Further to our school values, the delivery of our curriculum is driven by our '6Cs', out of which our curriculum intent is born. The '6Cs' are as follows:

• Comprehension
• Creativity
• Connectivity
• Compassion

These Cs are visible as the day to day lived experience of our curriculum, for our pupils. They are also demonstrated by our pupils, as the impact our curriculum has through their enjoyment, articulation and experiences. (See Curriculum page)
